Requirements:

- Be at least 18 years of age.

- Be able to read and understand the English language.

- Flights selected should be Refundable (Get these settings from filter option while searching your flight)

- We are not undertaking any specific seat or excess baggage  booking extras with tickets.

-If you fail to pay complete ticket amount as per the payment plan the whole booking will be fortified.

-One booking form per passenger and individual payment plans MAX 2 PASSENGERS*(No Group bookings)

 

 

Domestic Flight Booking Terms & Conditions:

-No additional discounts from travel websites would be entertained.

-As no interest would be charged, A small convenience fee would be charged as per your ticket price.

-Only refundable flights can be selected as per itinerary.

-Booking reference confirmation would be done after first deposit of first installment.
-Payment plan validity will be mentioned in the email sent to you, The payment of first installment should be done in  this time frame otherwise booking would not be done and the payment would be refunded. In the meantime if ticket  price is increased the ticket will not be booked and the customer will be informed immediately.

-Minimum Ticket price including all taxes amount should be more than Rs.3000/- and less than Rs.15000/- per passenger.

-Flight PNR would be released after last payment is done (Meanwhile you get all invoices for the payment done)

-The last payment would be a week before the departure.

-Only one way booking are permitted.

-As per payment plan if any payment is missed, Penalty of Rs.100/- per thousand of the ticket cost would be applicable till the next date of        installment and so on.

- If full amount of ticket price is not paid until a week before journey the ticket would be cancelled automatically and 
  first deposited installment plus cancellation charge of Rs.2000/- would be deducted.

-If there is change in date of journey, The airline rescheduling charges and fare difference needs to be paid immediately.

-No name change / gender change is permitted.

-If you cancel your plan of travelling after payment of first installment no refund will be given.

DISPUTES

• If any dispute arises between you and Company during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with and arising from your use or attempt to use this Site, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration. Both parties shall agree to a sole arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.

• The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.

• These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated at Delhi, India

By doing this we map user's email id with the device and provide rewards on successful referral. We will store this information in the servers so as to run refer & earn program and map all user’s interactions.

We need your device permission to get information about your device, like OS (operating system) name, OS version, mobile network, hardware model, unique device identifier etc.We also need it to detect critical crashes and recover the app state.

- Location: 
To provide location specific functionality like airport near you or hotels near you or cabs available near your current location.

- SMS: 
We need send and receive SMS permission, so as to read your SMS and auto- populate One Time password received on your mobile number for authentication of payments while making a transaction.

-Calendar: 
This permission enables us to put your booking details in your calendar.

- Phone:
We require access to make phone calls through app. You can call us or airlines,hotels etc directly through the app.

-Photo/ Media/ Files: 
We allow you to install our app on your SD card and save your device memory. This permission is also required by the Google Maps service, to cache map data in hotels. This provides you a seamless Map based Hotel selection experience, even on low bandwidth network.

- Storage:
By using this permission, we allow you to install our app on your SD card and save your phone device memory.

-Wi-Fi connection information: 
By using Wi-Fi connection details, we provide you a seamless experience depending upon your network such as image loading process. We try to use this information to optimise the app's performance on slow networks.

-Device ID & Call information:
